My event timers look wrong or out of date.
Helltide and World Boss timers sync from our schedule service when you have a connection. If the data looks stale, pull to refresh on the Timers screen, or open the app once with an internet connection to fetch the latest schedule. Cached timers keep working offline in the meantime.
I'm not getting notifications before events.
Make sure notifications are enabled for the app in your device Settings → Notifications, and that the specific event alerts are turned on in the app's Settings screen. On some devices, battery optimization can delay scheduled alerts.
I paid for Pro but the features are locked.
Open the app's Settings and tap Restore Purchases. The Pro Lifetime unlock is tied to your Apple ID, so make sure you're signed in with the same account used for the purchase. If it still doesn't unlock, email us and we'll sort it out.
What does the Pro Lifetime upgrade include?
Pro is a one-time purchase — no subscription. It removes ads and unlocks premium home-screen widgets. All core features (Cube recipes, event timers, build tiers, drop strategies) are free for everyone.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Recipes, guides, and the last-synced schedule are cached on your device, so the app keeps working without a connection. Live timer updates and the meta tier list refresh whenever you're back online.
Where does the build and recipe data come from?
Reference data is sourced from established community resources and aggregated for convenience. The meta tier list combines rankings from multiple build sites into one view. This is a fan-made companion and is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.
A widget isn't updating.
Widgets refresh periodically and when you open the app. If a widget looks frozen, open the app once to trigger an update, then remove and re-add the widget if needed.
