1. Fan Content Disclaimer

Diablo 4 Companion: Unofficial is an independent, unofficial fan companion app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. "Diablo," "Diablo IV," and related marks are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. All game data presented in this app is sourced from publicly available community resources. No game assets, audio, or copyrighted artwork from Blizzard Entertainment are reproduced in this app.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this app for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app, nor reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.

3. Pro Lifetime Purchase

The app offers a one-time Pro Lifetime in-app purchase that unlocks additional features.

The purchase is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) and is subject to their respective terms.
The Pro Lifetime license applies to the purchasing account only and is non-transferable.
Refunds are governed by Apple's or Google's refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove Pro features over time. Core features will remain available.
Use the Restore Purchases button in Settings if your Pro status is not recognised after reinstalling.

4. Accuracy of Game Data

Diablo IV is a live-service game. Mechanics, drop rates, recipes, and tier rankings change with patches and seasons. All reference data in this app is sourced from the community and is provided "as is" — it may not reflect the latest patch. We update the app regularly but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. Do not rely solely on this app for competitive or high-stakes gameplay decisions.

5. Advertisements

Free users see banner advertisements served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. Purchasing the Pro Lifetime upgrade removes all ads.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app or its backend services.
Redistribute app content or data for commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of game data, or compatibility with future versions of iOS or Android.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dinga Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be noted in the app's update release notes.
